1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the FineTuneMyAI web control plane or downloading and running the on-device compute daemon, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the software or services.
2. Local Data Sovereignty & User Ownership
You retain 100% ownership and copyright over all training data, prompts, evaluation completions, and fine-tuned model weights. FineTuneMyAI does NOT claim any intellectual property rights over models adapted using your compute hardware. Because weights and corpora remain on your local device, you maintain sole custody and liability for their use.
3. Permitted Uses & Model Licenses
You agree to use FineTuneMyAI in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws, as well as the governing license terms of any third-party foundational models you fine-tune (such as the Llama Community License, Apache 2.0, or MIT licenses).
4. Disclaimer of Warranty
The software and control plane are provided “AS IS”, without warranty of any kind. Machine learning training is non-deterministic and performance depends on hardware specifications, cooling, and training data quality. FineTuneMyAI is not liable for hardware damage or thermal failures resulting from user-configured overclocking or improper cooling.
5. Privacy & Data Transmission
Our data practices are governed strictly by our Privacy Policy. We guarantee zero telemetry of your raw datasets or private weights.
